Shipping & Delivery: Shipping is FREE for orders over £80 in value, £9.80 flat-rate for orders under £80. Dispatch is usually within 24 hours (often same day) and is via 48 hour service with our chosen courier partners. Please note free delivery option is only available to UK mainland addresses.; If you're outside the UK and are interested in purchasing from us, delivery can be handled by prior arrangement but is subject to increased shipping costs. Returns & Replacements: We only will accept returns on faulty goods, please call for details or to request a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you're a first time customer, you are welcome to checkout as a Guest, but we always recommend you sign up for an account and benefit from the full range of services our website offers, along with occasional members-only offers.
Pricing & Promotions: We aim to keep all pricing on Stuff 4 Hot Tubs as accurate as possible, however, in the event of online pricing errors we reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders before dispatch. All promotions and offers are subject to availability and stock levels.
