What's included with a Spa or Pool Cover from Stuff 4 Hot Tubs?

We supply a range of Hot Tub Covers for a variety of Spa makes and models. All of our spa, hot tub and swim spa covers are made-to-measure replacements, both Genuine covers from the manufacturers themselves, and our Black Label covers.

Black Label Covers

Black Label covers are made exclusively for Hot Tub Barn. Each cover is handmade to be a perfect fit for your spa. We make the cores from 2lb foam, which we then encapsulate in 135 micron thick, black, chemically resistant plastic. We make the underside of the cover in black nylon mesh which allows the cover to breathe, and stops water collecting.

Colour Choices

There are 6 colours in 29 Oz marine-grade vinyl to choose from. Tan is closest to HotSpring's Rust colour, Grey to the Coastal Grey, and Dark Brown to Espresso. Please note that none of the colours are an exact match to the original.

Supplied with strap fitting kit

The straps are sewn into the wind flap for extra strength - we make them 8" long, non-adjustable, and they come supplied with new cover clips, locks, screws and keys. (note: these are not the same as the standard cover clips, so you'll need to unscrew your originals and replace with the Black Label clips supplied).
